Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the pk30 platform. By accessing or using pk30, you agree to be bound by the provisions set out in this document.

Users must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum required by the operator/license jurisdiction — and must not be residents of a jurisdiction where access to online gambling is prohibited. Accurate registration information is mandatory.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, time limits and game restrictions. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering conditions are fully met. Abuse of promotions may result in account suspension.
Each user may hold only one account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Identity verification (KYC) may be required before withdrawals are processed. Submission of false documents constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Deposits and withdrawals must use payment methods registered in your own name. Methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast are referenced for educational context only — availability depends on the operator cashier. Minimum and maximum limits apply and may vary by method.
pk30 promotes responsible gambling. Deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion tools are available. Users who self-exclude must not attempt to circumvent the restriction. Gambling may be restricted under local law in Pakistan.
Disputes should first be raised with the pk30 support team in writing. Unresolved complaints may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority in the operator's jurisdiction. pk30 does not fall under the jurisdiction of any Pakistani regulatory body for gambling matters.
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms" or "this Agreement") govern your access to and use of the pk30 website, located at https://pk30.cam (the "Platform"), along with any associated services, content, guides, tools and communications provided by pk30.
pk30 is an independent online gambling information and review platform. It does not operate a casino, sportsbook or any form of wagering service directly. All content published on the Platform is for informational and educational purposes only. pk30 does not accept real-money deposits or process wagers on behalf of users.
By accessing, browsing or using the Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each user is permitted to maintain only one registered account. The creation of duplicate, multiple or pseudonymous accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances or rewards.
4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during the registration process. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.3 Credentials Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. pk30 shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at the contact details in Section 18 if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
4.4 Account Transfers. Accounts registered on the Platform are personal to the registered user and may not be transferred, assigned or sold to any third party under any circumstances.
4.5 Two-Factor Authentication. Where available, users are strongly encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional layer of account security.
5.1 Permitted Use. The Platform is made available for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may access the Platform's content, guides, educational materials and review tools for the purpose of informing your own gambling decisions, provided that such access complies with these Terms and applicable law.
5.2 Informational Nature. All content on the Platform — including odds presentations, RTP figures, bonus evaluations, payment method guides and cricket betting market explanations — is provided for informational and educational purposes only. pk30 does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or currency of any such information. Odds, terms and payment method availability change frequently and you should always verify current details directly with the relevant Operator before acting on any information provided by pk30.
5.3 No Wager Processing. pk30 does not accept, process, place or settle any wager or bet on your behalf. References to betting markets, odds figures and casino games are illustrative and educational in nature only.
5.4 Availability. pk30 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. We accept no liability for any losses arising from Platform downtime or inaccessibility.
The following provisions apply to any deposit or withdrawal functionality that may be made available through the Platform or via Operators to whom pk30 refers users:
6.1 Permitted Payment Methods. Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods that are (a) registered in your own name, (b) available in your jurisdiction, and (c) permitted under the terms of the relevant Operator. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah on this Platform are for educational context only and do not constitute a representation that these payment providers support or endorse gambling transactions.
6.2 Currency. Where the Platform or an Operator displays amounts in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), such figures are illustrative examples unless expressly stated otherwise. Currency conversion, if applicable, will be performed at the rate determined by the Operator at the time of the transaction.
6.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may be subject to KYC verification, minimum withdrawal thresholds, processing windows and payment method restrictions as determined by the relevant Operator. pk30 is not responsible for delays or refusals of withdrawal by any Operator.
6.4 Payment Provider Terms. Your use of any payment provider — including mobile wallets, bank transfer services and cryptocurrency networks — is subject to the separate terms and conditions of that provider. Some payment providers may independently restrict or decline transactions associated with gambling services. pk30 has no control over and accepts no responsibility for such restrictions.
7.1 General. Any bonus offers, welcome packages, free spins, reload promotions, VIP rewards, birthday bonuses, referral credits or other promotional incentives described on the Platform are illustrative examples only, unless expressly identified as live, verified offers. Actual promotions are determined by and subject to the terms of the relevant Operator.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play are typically subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. Users must read and understand the full wagering conditions of any bonus before accepting it. pk30 provides guidance on understanding wagering requirements but is not a party to any bonus agreement between a user and an Operator.
7.3 Eligible Games. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. High-RTP slots, live casino games and certain table game variants often contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Always check the game contribution schedule in the Operator's T&Cs.
7.4 Bonus Abuse. Operators reserve the right to void bonuses and related winnings if they determine, at their sole discretion, that a user has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, the use of automated software or any other activity intended to circumvent the spirit of the promotional offer.
7.5 No Guarantee. pk30 makes no representation that any bonus described on the Platform will be available, applicable or of equivalent value to any individual user. Operators may modify, restrict or withdraw promotions at any time without notice.
8.1 Commitment. pk30 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and to providing users with clear, accurate information about the tools available to manage their gambling behaviour.
8.2 Available Tools. Responsible gambling tools typically available through licensed Operators include deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, session time limits, reality checks, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. Users are encouraged to familiarise themselves with these tools and to use them proactively.
8.3 Self-Exclusion. If a user elects to self-exclude from an Operator's platform, they must not attempt to circumvent the restriction by creating new accounts, using third-party accounts, or exploiting technical means to regain access. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion constitute a breach of the Operator's terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.
8.4 Minors. pk30 takes the protection of minors extremely seriously. The Platform must not be accessed by anyone under the applicable minimum age. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent underage access to gambling-related content.

9.1 Purpose. Identity and age verification (KYC) is a regulatory requirement under anti-money laundering (AML) legislation applicable to licensed gambling Operators. It protects users by confirming account ownership and preventing fraudulent access.
9.2 Required Documents. Pakistani users are typically required to provide one or more of the following: a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport; a proof of address document dated within the last three months (such as a utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence); and in some cases, a selfie or liveness check image.
9.3 Document Authenticity. You must never submit altered, obscured, fabricated or otherwise falsified identity documents. Submission of fraudulent documentation constitutes a criminal offence in addition to a material breach of these Terms, and will result in immediate account closure and referral to appropriate authorities.
9.4 Secure Submission. Identity documents must be submitted only through the Operator's official, HTTPS-secured verification portal. Do not transmit sensitive documents via WhatsApp, SMS, unencrypted email or any other unsecured channel.
9.5 Verification Delays. pk30 accepts no responsibility for delays in withdrawal processing arising from incomplete or pending KYC verification at the level of a third-party Operator.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on or in connection with the Platform. Breach of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:
11.1 Ownership. All content published on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, data compilations, software code, design elements and guide structures — is the intellectual property of pk30 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and related laws.
11.2 Permitted Use. You may access and view Platform content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may print or download individual pages for personal reference only, provided you do not modify the content and you retain all copyright and proprietary notices.
11.3 Restrictions. You must not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense, broadcast, transmit, adapt or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of pk30. Systematic extraction or re-utilisation of substantial portions of Platform content is prohibited.
11.4 Trademarks. The pk30 name, logo and associated brand marks are proprietary to pk30. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to use pk30 trade marks, service marks or trade names.
12.1 No Warranty. The Platform and all content is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement.
12.2 Exclusion of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk30 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including any losses arising from:
12.3 Third-Party Operators. pk30 is not a party to any agreement between you and any third-party Operator. We accept no responsibility for the conduct, terms, solvency or regulatory compliance of any Operator referenced on the Platform. You engage with third-party Operators entirely at your own risk.
13.1 Gambling Restrictions. Pakistan has significant legal restrictions on gambling activities, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. The online gambling landscape in Pakistan involves additional legal complexities at both federal and provincial levels. Online gambling may be unlawful in Pakistan depending on the specific activity, the operator's jurisdiction, and applicable provincial regulations.
13.2 User Responsibility. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of any gambling-related Operator or service — whether accessed via pk30 or otherwise — is lawful in your specific jurisdiction. pk30 does not provide legal advice and nothing in these Terms or on the Platform should be construed as legal advice.
13.3 No Pakistani Regulatory Endorsement. pk30 is not licensed, authorised, approved, regulated or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial government, or any Pakistani financial institution including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah.
14.1 By pk30. pk30 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that the user has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information, or is using the Platform in a manner that poses a legal, reputational or security risk to pk30 or other users.
14.2 By the User. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at the address provided in Section 18. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Following closure, your personally identifiable information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, your right to access the Platform's personalised features ceases immediately. Clauses that by their nature survive termination — including Sections 10, 11, 12, 15 and 17 — shall remain in full force and effect.
15.1 Internal Process. If you have a complaint relating to the Platform or our conduct, you should contact pk30 in the first instance using the contact details in Section 18. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and to provide a substantive response within 28 days.
15.2 Gambling Disputes. Disputes relating to wagers, settlements, bonuses or account conduct with a third-party Operator must be raised directly with that Operator. pk30 is not a party to such disputes and has no authority to intervene on your behalf with any Operator.
15.3 Escalation. Where an Operator dispute cannot be resolved at the internal level, users may have recourse to the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body or licensing authority specified in the Operator's own terms and conditions. pk30 does not fall under any Pakistani ADR or regulatory body in respect of gambling disputes.
pk30 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will use reasonable efforts to provide notice — for example, by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page or by publishing a notice on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform. We encourage users to review these Terms periodically to ensure they remain familiar with the current version.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk30 is incorporated and operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your own country of residence to the extent that those laws provide protections that cannot be contractually excluded.
